A global dialogue to guide regulation worldwide

UNESCO hosted in Paris the “Internet for Trust” conference to consult on a draft global guidelines for regulating digital platforms. The Guidelines, that aim to safeguard freedom of expression, and access to information and other human rights in digital platform governance, whilewhile dealing with harmful content that can be permissibly restricted under international human rights law and standards online.
